The Brera Botanical Garden obtains quality certification for two public services
The Brera Botanical Garden of the University of Milan has obtained the certification for Activities of planning and management of the services of opening to the public and merchandising within the cultural function exercised by the Brera Botanical Garden Museum of the University.
This is an important achievement, result of the approach to the attention and improvement of services to the public of the Botanical Garden, in line with the policies for the diffusion of the Quality Culture in the University of Milan, of which the Brera Botanical Garden is part.
The result is a step in a process that does not end but is marked by continuous improvement, according to the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001.
With the support of the Quality Team of the University of Milan, the Brera Botanical Garden has passed through all the phases foreseen by the Quality path, culminating in the certification of the Quality Management System through the third-party certification audit – Certiquality – carried out at the end of 2024 and the issuance of the Certification of conformity to the standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 – Certificate no. 29679/W
