The Brera Botanical Garden Museum of the University of Milan is located in the heart of city, within the complex of Brera Palace and one of its most exclusive areas.
With its identity as a historic garden and an open-air scientific and naturalistic museum, it is an ideal place to host educational, cultural, scientific, promotional and corporate events, as well as exhibitions and photo, film and television shoots in a suggestive natural setting.
The venue can accomodate both small- and large-scale events, including those promoted by external parties, provided they comply with the University’s institutional image and do not interfere with the regular activities of the Botanical Garden, which is open to the public. Safeguarding the protected and unique nature of the site must also be ensured.

The use of University’s spaces can be free of charge or for a fee, as specified in the fee list attached to the Rules for temporary use of university spaces, at the link . In certain cases, only a flat reimbursement of expenses is required.
To book a venue, please submit your request through the online form at least 30 days before the planned date of the event.

The Brera Botanical Garden’s indoor venue, the Sala Vitman, can accomodate 35 people. The room is equipped with a video projector, professional mobile monitor, wifi access, chairs and tables.

Guided experiences and Brera Botanical Garden branded merchandise
Upon request we can also arrange guided tours to entertain your guests and introduce them to the rich heritage of the Botanical Garden. The tours are conducted by the Educational Services of the Botanical Garden, and several itineraries on different themes are available, varying according to the season.
